Fire safety and electrical safety overlap more than most people expect. Faulty wiring is a common cause of fires, cable installations can break compartment lines, and plastic cable clips in escape routes can drop cables during a fire and trap firefighters. Since 2019, BS 7671 has required wiring systems in escape routes to be supported against premature collapse.
Our electricians clear EICR remedials, upgrade distribution boards, replace landlord supplies in blocks of flats, fire-stop service penetrations they have created, and install fire-rated containment. Every job comes with the right BS 7671 certificate.
